This role may perform signing duties when required, in accordance with the paragraph above. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute and control payment, transfer, and fund movement processes for the Administrator and managed funds. * Monitor balances, available funds, and cash flows, contributing to sound liquidity management. * Participate in processes related to contributions, redemptions, and settlement of financial transactions. * Coordinate the proper execution of transactions with banks, custodians, and other financial providers. * Identify operational risks and propose improvements to strengthen controls and operational continuity. * Drive initiatives for automation, digitalization, and process optimization. * Collaborate with departments such as Investments, Accounting, Risk, and Technology to ensure efficient, company-standard-aligned operations. Requirements: * Professionals holding degrees in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of AGF, AFP, or the financial industry. * Proficiency in Office suite in general and Power BI – intermediate level. * Familiarity with AI is desirable.
