Our purpose is to build A Better Tomorrow™ by creating a smoke-free world.** **To achieve our ambition, we seek people willing to join this journey. ¡Tomorrow can’t wait, let’s make it happen together!** **British American Tobacco Chile has an exciting opportunity for a Trade Analyst in Santiago** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Manage and monitor commercial opportunities by analyzing sell-in, sell-out, coverage, and segment performance indicators to identify deviations, generate actionable insights, and coordinate action plans with Sales, Marketing, and Route to Market. * Administer commercial incentive programs and variable compensation, ensuring correct execution, calculation, tracking, and communication of results, while proposing improvements to drive sales force motivation and performance. * Develop data analytics and Business Intelligence solutions by consolidating information from multiple sources (SAP, Salesforce, commercial databases), building Power BI dashboards, and generating KPIs that facilitate business decision-making. * Drive automation and operational efficiency by optimizing reporting and tracking processes using advanced Excel, Power Query, SQL, and analytical tools, ensuring data quality, standardization, and reduction of manual tasks. * Act as a strategic partner to the commercial team by clearly communicating findings across organizational levels, training users on analytical tools, and demonstrating proactivity in identifying opportunities, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring execution of business solutions. **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * 2–3 years of relevant experience in similar roles is desirable. * Advanced English proficiency. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of Power BI or Power Apps is desirable. * Analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Annual performance bonus aligned with our local market (subject to eligibility) * Our benefits portfolio varies by country and includes diverse health plans, work-life balance initiatives, transportation support, and flexible vacation days with additional incentives * Your professional growth with us has no limits—it is driven by your aspirations.
