Your Mission on the Team
As a Control Tower, you will be the driving force ensuring that every process within the workshop operates at maximum efficiency. Your mission will be to coordinate, supervise, and optimize technical operations, guaranteeing quality, safety, and compliance for every repair. ️
**️ Responsibilities:**
Organize, direct, and supervise the team of mechanics, strategically distributing the daily workload.
Schedule vehicles, monitor execution times, and ensure completion of each work order.
Verify diagnostics, repairs, and quality standards prior to vehicle delivery.
Manage supplies, spare parts, and tools to maintain uninterrupted workshop operations.
️Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and proper equipment usage standards.
Track team efficiency, generate operational reports, and support resolution of technical issues.

Requirements
Experience leading and managing work teams.
Experience in customer service and client relations.
Technical or professional training in Automotive Mechanics.
Experience in the automotive sector (preferred).
