Job Summary: We are seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to manage the end-to-end product journey—from planning through to delivery—for a mining spare parts company. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the complete spare parts supply chain for large-scale mining. 2. Coordinates imports, order tracking, and negotiations with suppliers. 3. Ensures efficiency in international logistics and compliance with regulations. At \#MERITUM, a subsidiary of GEN Consultores, we are looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor for a supplier of spare parts to large-scale mining operations. The person assuming this position will be responsible for planning, executing, and controlling the full product journey until final delivery to the customer. **Key Responsibilities Include:** * · Maintain communication with international suppliers, track purchase orders and shipments, and promptly report their status. * · Coordinate import activities, anticipate contingencies, and ensure adherence to delivery timelines committed to customers. * · Request, analyze, and negotiate quotations and commercial terms with suppliers and international logistics operators. * · Define transportation and cargo consolidation alternatives, seeking efficient, cost-effective solutions aligned with market conditions. * · Manage import tracking with shipping lines, customs agencies, and logistics operators, ensuring compliance with current regulations. * · Coordinate the entry and receipt of products at ports, airports, and company facilities, ensuring timely and compliant handling. * · Prepare cost estimates and control expenses associated with company operations. * · Keep import-related information updated in SAP and manage supporting documentation, ensuring operational traceability. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Logistics Engineering, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles involving imports, interaction with international suppliers, transportation, and customs agencies. * Knowledge: International trade regulations, customs procedures. * English: Intermediate level (desirable) * SAP or similar system proficiency * Intermediate-level Office skills **Work Location: RM; LAMPA** Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 08:00–16:30 hrs / Fri: 08:00–16:00 hrs (on-site) Salary: $1\.000\.000 \- $1\.600\.000 per month Application Questions: * Describe your relevant experience for this role. * Do you have experience with customs regulations? * Indicate your English proficiency level (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced). * State your salary expectations.
