




Job Summary: This role is responsible for supervising the SAC team, monitoring response times, managing escalations, and reporting incidents to support continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Support for continuous improvement of workflows The purpose of this role is to be responsible for daily moderation of all messages on the message boards, chat rooms and/or messaging applications.
