**What will be your mission?**

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the proper operation of level crossings within your assigned area, leading work teams and ensuring compliance with operational standards and client requirements **EFE Trenes de Chile**.
**Main Responsibilities**

✅ Supervise daily operations and field personnel.
✅ Ensure proper functioning of level crossings under your responsibility.
✅ Plan and coordinate monthly shift schedules.
✅ Monitor attendance, employment documentation, and personnel records.
✅ Prepare management reports and operational reports.
✅ Identify improvement opportunities and implement preventive and corrective actions.
✅ Coordinate with clients, authorities, and contractors as required.
✅ Oversee the condition of booths, equipment, and infrastructure.
✅ Lead the team by promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
**We are looking for candidates who have:**

✔ Proven experience supervising field operations or teams.
✔ Knowledge of shift planning, personnel management, and occupational safety.
✔ Proficiency in Word, Excel, email, and digital tools.
✔ Experience preparing operational reports and reports.
✔ Valid Class B driver’s license and personal transportation (mandatory requirement).
✔ Availability to travel between **Curicó, Molina, Talca, San Javier, Linares, Parral, San Carlos, and Chillán.**
✔ Technical or professional education in Engineering, Operations, Administration, or related fields (preferred).
