The primary objective is to ensure the availability, safety, and efficiency of assets and infrastructure, thereby guaranteeing an optimal experience for customers and employees. Main Responsibilities * Maintenance management: Manage maintenance requests for assigned stores. * Preventive planning: Design and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Team supervision: Coordinate and evaluate the performance of technical staff and external contractors. * Resource optimization: Manage maintenance budgets, materials, and tools. * Regulatory compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Operational improvements: Propose technical solutions and continuous process improvements. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising maintenance in retail or industrial settings. * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). * Leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
