Job Summary: We are seeking a Mobile iOS Software Engineer to transform banking in Chile by developing and maintaining innovative financial solutions with direct impact on over 4 million users. The Mobile iOS Software Engineer will be responsible for executing, programming, and maintaining development or maintenance tasks—from gathering requirements through to production deployment. Additionally, they must support client teams by providing forward-looking solutions that address their requirements, as well as generating improvement plans to strengthen applications and/or projects under their responsibility. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** Develop software with direct impact on more than 4 million users in Chile. Work within a highly skilled team using cutting-edge technologies. Collaborate closely with the Product team to align our objectives with technical challenges. Define robust, efficient, and scalable iOS mobile architectures. Implement and maintain mobile solutions focused on performance and continuous improvement. Monitor, detect, and resolve potential incidents to ensure healthy code. Consistently apply the latest Fintech technologies and trends. Develop mobile solutions across various domains, such as Payments and Services, User Accounts, Cards, and others. **To succeed in this position, you need:** Minimum 2 years of iOS development experience with Swift, or prior experience in personal or academic development projects. Proficiency with Git. Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. A degree in Engineering or equivalent software development experience. Prior experience with monitoring tools such as Firebase Crashlytics. Knowledge of SOLID principles and Clean Architecture. Experience with automated testing for mobile applications. **It’s even better if you have:** Experience developing with Clean Architecture in Swift 5\. Experience with Bitrise, Apptimize, Firebase, AppDistribution, Amplitude, and Appium. Experience with Jira and Figma.
