The Mobile Android Software Engineer will be responsible for executing, programming, and maintaining development tasks—from gathering requirements through to production deployment. Additionally, they must support client teams by delivering forward-looking solutions that address their needs, as well as develop improvement plans to strengthen applications and/or projects under their responsibility. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: \- Develop software with direct impact on more than 3 million users in Chile.\- Build applications that process hundreds of millions of pesos daily.\- Work within a highly skilled team using cutting-edge technologies.\- Collaborate closely with the Product team to align our objectives with technical challenges.\- Define robust, efficient, and scalable Android mobile architectures. Implement and maintain mobile solutions with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.\- Monitor, detect, and resolve potential incidents to ensure healthy code.\- Consistently apply the latest Fintech technologies and trends.\- Develop mobile solutions for various domains, such as Payments and Services, User Accounts, Cards, among others. **To succeed in this position, you need:** \- Minimum 2 years of professional Android development experience using Kotlin.\- Knowledge of Git.\- Engineering degree or equivalent software development experience.\- Experience developing UIs with Jetpack Compose.\- Understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Architecture.\- Knowledge of automated testing for mobile applications. It’s even better if you have: \- Experience with Android Jetpack, Room, DI Frameworks, MongoDB, MVVM, MVI, New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, and Device Farm.\- Experience with CircleCI, Apptimize, Firebase, AppCenter, Amplitude, and Appium.\- Experience with Jira and Figma.\- Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
