Additionally, this vacancy falls under Law No. 21.015, which encourages the hiring of persons with disabilities. **Job Mission:** Supervise and coordinate slab formwork operations, controlling timelines, quality, safety, and handover for rebar placement and concrete pouring. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the assembly of slab formwork. * Plan the stages of formwork and rebar installation. * Monitor compliance with deadlines, budget, quality, and safety standards. * Receive, deliver, and maintain formwork in good condition. * Lead and supervise the crew assigned to slab-related tasks. **Requirements:** Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising slab formwork on construction sites. Knowledge of formwork installation, rebar placement, and concrete pouring processes. Ability to plan and coordinate work crews. Capacity to control timelines, quality, safety, and budget on site.
