Promote efficient use of resources and raw materials **GRANJA MARINA TORNAGALEONES S.A.**August 25, 2026 ### **Production** #### **Key Points** PUERTO MONTT Full\-time To be agreed upon Fixed Term Vacancies: 1 #### **Job Offer Details** ### **Job Responsibilities** **Marine Farm** is seeking a **Production Shift Supervisor** to join its team and lead productive operations during their shift, ensuring achievement of production targets, quality standards, traceability, and efficient use of resources. ### **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Coordinate and communicate the daily plan to line supervisors. * Supervise team performance and achievement of production targets. * Monitor progress of production lines according to orders and established planning. * Control production indicators such as pieces per hour, kilograms per hour, and shots per hour. * Timely coordinate modifications or adjustments in the production process. * Ensure availability of necessary resources to meet targets. * Supervise proper adherence to production procedures and team feedback. * Ensure product traceability and correct labeling. * Promote efficient use of available raw materials and resources. * Supervise area production costs, identifying and reporting deviations. * Support distribution and control of resources according to the established monthly budget. ### **Job Requirements** Education: Higher Technical Degree in Industrial Food Processing or related field. Professionals with degrees in Industrial Civil Engineering, Food Engineering, Aquaculture, or other related disciplines will also be considered. Experience and Knowledge: Experience in production processes and/or industrial plants. Knowledge of machinery operation and production processes. Experience leading work teams.
