Research and evaluate emerging data and martech technologies **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead the design and implementation of data solutions for the Marketing Cell, acting as the team’s technical reference. 1\. Lead the technical design of data solutions proposed by the cell, aiming to establish a clear technical context, minimize uncertainty, define tasks and objectives, and identify optimal solution alternatives. 2\. Lead the cell’s data team to deliver high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions integrated into the domain’s technology stack. 3\. Collaborate to identify areas for improvement and technical debt, incorporating them into the backlog to support continuous improvement and avoid outdated, fragile, or discontinued solutions. 4\. Serve as a technical mentor for the team, integrating data practices and knowledge, with the goal of building a technically leveled team that feels free to raise questions with leadership and prioritizes best practices. 5\. Research and evaluate new technologies and tools within the data and martech ecosystem to provide broad, informed judgment when proposing optimal solutions to the cell’s challenges. 6\.
