The Animal Production Management, through the Animal Production Operations Management, invites you to participate in the selection process for the position of Security and Intelligence Leader, to be based at our Central Security Unit in San Francisco de Mostazal. This role aims to coordinate and control the comprehensive safety management of Animal Production, ensuring compliance with operational, regulatory, and administrative objectives of the area. Additionally, the incumbent will lead the planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement of safety processes—managing resources, suppliers, information, and performance indicators—and promote a culture of control, compliance, and risk-based management. **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate and control Animal Production safety operations, ensuring proper incident management, reporting, and implementation of action plans. Administer and supervise contracts, suppliers, budget, and resources of the area, ensuring compliance with established operational, legal, and regulatory standards. Develop and maintain safety procedures, monitor management indicators, prepare executive reports, and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Promote and implement initiatives aimed at mitigating risks, reducing losses, and strengthening continuous safety improvement across the organization. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. (Mandatory) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Mandatory) Minimum of 2 years of professional experience. (Mandatory) Prior experience or training in the Armed Forces, public order institutions, or security-related fields. (Desirable) Postgraduate studies or certifications in security, risk management, administration, or related areas. (Desirable) Programming knowledge. (Desirable) Proficiency in Power BI.
