At **ENGIE**, a global leader in power generation, we are seeking a **Maintenance Operator** to strengthen our team at the **Monte Redondo Power Plant** ️ ️ **What will be your purpose?** You will perform electrical and mechanical operation and maintenance tasks, as well as technical inspections at wind farms, BESS systems, substations, and medium-voltage networks, ensuring operational continuity of our facilities with the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental protection. **Your main challenges:** Perform electrical, electronic, mechanical, and cleaning maintenance at wind farms and BESS systems. * Execute switching operations for connection/disconnection of equipment, high-voltage cells, and switchyards. Record and report daily work performed and operational incidents. ️ Operate plants remotely from the control room and on-site, monitoring technical parameters. **What we expect from you:** ✅ Higher Technical Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, or related fields. ✅ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. ✅ Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic failures. ✅ Ability to read and interpret electrical, electronic, and hydraulic schematics. ✅ Experience with measurement tools, vibration analysis, and thermography. ✅ Knowledge of automation, PLCs, and industrial control systems. ✨ **Desirable (your profile will be highly valued):** ➕ Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of Vestas wind turbines (V80, V90, V100, V110\). ➕ Valid GWO certification (BTT, Add\-on service). ➕ Certifications in LOTO, NFPA 70E, OSHA. ➕ Proficiency in Vestas diagnostic software, firmware updates, and controllers. ➕ AVANTI, LOTO2 \+ QUALIFY certifications from Vestas. ➕ Blade diagnostics and inspection, minor repairs, and torque application. ➕ Knowledge of ISO 55\.001 standard and national electrical regulations.
