Win-Win negotiation skills and strong problem-solving ability Wood is seeking a Project Manager capable of collaborating with our clients to lead design, analysis, constructability assessments, and CAPEX development initiatives. The role entails progress management oversight, leading a team of professionals based at our Santiago offices. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and controlling progress across the assigned team, providing regular updates to both Wood and the client regarding progress, deviations, corrective actions, and other relevant matters. * Bachelor's degree in Civil, Hydraulic, Mechanical, Mining, or Industrial Engineering. * Excellent project management skills * Proven experience in administration or coordination of multidisciplinary engineering projects in Large-Scale Mining (minimum 15 years’ experience, mandatory) * Strong interpersonal communication skills * Problem-solving ability * Win\-Win negotiation capability * Minimum 15 years’ relevant industry experience * Desired specific experience: at least 10 years leading mining projects Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
