We seek professionals with experience in productive processes and the ability to lead teams, supervise operations, and contribute to compliance with the company’s production, quality, hygiene, and safety standards. **What will be your main challenge?** Supervise and manage the productive process of your assigned section, ensuring compliance with the production schedule, productivity and performance standards, as well as Ventisqueros-established quality, hygiene, and safety procedures. Additionally, you must promote continuous improvement, resource optimization, and the development of personnel under your supervision. ### **Job Requirements** Technical or Professional Education. Degree in Fisheries Engineering/Technician, Aquaculture Engineering, Food Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. Experience and knowledge of productive processes within processing plants. SAP proficiency desirable. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency desirable. Availability to work rotating shifts.
