Development of a graduation thesis or professional thesis. **Process and Digital Transformation Intern** **Position Objective** Support the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of the winery’s key processes to build a structured information base enabling implementation of a new ERP system, along with integration of AI tools and agents to optimize process management and automation. This role involves direct interaction with various business areas to understand current operational workflows, identify gaps, and contribute to defining functional system requirements. Additionally, the work performed may serve as a foundation for a graduation thesis or professional thesis, subject to coordination with the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Elicit and map current processes across various company departments (e.g., finance, sales, operations, production). * Interview key users to understand workflows, critical tasks, and operational issues. * Document processes using diagramming tools and structured formats (flowcharts, process descriptions, matrices). * Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities in the elicited processes. * Support definition and elicitation of functional requirements for the new ERP system. * Propose automation and improvement opportunities using AI tools (e.g., information analysis, report generation, automation of repetitive tasks). * Maintain organization and traceability of all documentation generated during the project. **Education** * Student currently undertaking an internship in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Information and Management Control Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Execution Engineering, or a related field. * Interest in digital transformation, process improvement, ERP systems, and business-oriented AI is desirable. **Technical Knowledge** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools. * Basic knowledge of process elicitation and documentation is desirable. * Familiarity with process diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart, or similar) is desirable. * Interest or basic knowledge in automation, data analysis, or AI tools is desirable. **Other Requirements** * Availability to undertake a professional internship. * Valid school insurance provided by the educational institution. Salary: Up to $200\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
