Calculate production requirements for various flows and sales channels at Distribution Centers. Lead and align on execution strategies for operational and tactical plans across different flows. Execute daily workloads for various flows at the Omni-channel Distribution Center. Design, implement, and analyze operational management indicators, preparing appropriate reporting. Develop continuous improvement procedures for current operational flows. Takt time control.
