Main Responsibilities * Plan and control the cross-functional operational routine of existing assets. * Coordinate asset administrators, operational managers, and plant supervisors under a common standard. * Monitor key performance indicators related to continuity, costs, maintenance, compliance, and risks. * Prioritize corrective operational actions within approved frameworks. * Identify technical, environmental, contractual, and maintenance gaps per unit. * Coordinate with Management Control on OPEX, operational CAPEX, and KPI reporting. * Coordinate with the Technical Manager on technical criteria, expert support, and resolution of critical gaps. * Escalate relevant alerts to the T&E Manager, including proposed actions and required decisions. Reference: 10–15 years of total experience, including at least 5 years leading operations, maintenance, plants, power plants, critical services, or distributed assets. Desired Education Civil Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Mandatory Requirement Proven experience in industrial operations, critical services, environmental infrastructure, plants, maintenance, waste management, or multi-site assets. Demonstrated field leadership capability and KPI/OPEX control. Desirable Experience in sanitary landfills, waste treatment, fleet management, heavy machinery, RCA compliance, public/municipal contracts, PMGD, leachate, or operational biogas. Differentiator Advanced data handling skills, Power BI/Excel proficiency, report automation, AI applied to operational analysis, multi-regional experience, and ability to present executive summaries to management.
