A leading manufacturing company seeks to incorporate a professional into its team to support operational planning, control of production processes, and information analysis for decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and monitor production plans. * Monitor operational KPIs and generate management reports. * Analyze consumption, inventory levels, and operational variances. * Control and validate data recorded in management systems. * Support cost and operational performance analysis. * Coordinate information flow across different organizational departments. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. * Prepare periodic reports for operational management. **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Information and Management Control Engineering, or a related field. * Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * ERP experience (SAP or similar) is desirable. * Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is desirable. **We are looking for individuals with:** * Analytical ability. * Organization and planning skills. * Proactivity and initiative. * Results orientation. * Collaborative teamwork.
