Complies with current policies, hygiene and safety regulations, and management systems. Reports to the Shift Supervisor. Position Purpose Execute the plant's production operations in accordance with plans, procedures, and standards defined by the Production Department, contributing to meeting safety, quality, production, and continuous improvement targets within the framework of IFF's Management Systems and policies. Key Responsibilities * Follow and execute operational procedures, work instructions, and standard operating conditions for the assigned area. * Operate production equipment and processes, ensuring operational continuity and control of defined parameters. * Understand, apply, and uphold corporate values, internal policies, and internal regulations regarding order, hygiene, and safety. * Record operational information and report deviations, failures, or unsafe conditions to the Shift Supervisor. \[ * Contribute to resource conservation, area organization and cleanliness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
