Position Summary:
Occupational Risk Prevention professional responsible for developing and implementing protocols, managing psychosocial risks, training personnel, and ensuring continuous improvement.
Key Highlights:

3. Develop strategies for prevention and control of occupational behaviors
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement protocols proposed by Minsal and relevant to the company's activities; especially leading CEAL application as requested safety certifications.
* Plan, manage, and monitor the execution of psychosocial risk assessments and in-person or remote staff training.
* Train workers—or designated personnel—on occupational risk prevention topics, complying with both client requirements and internal company initiatives related to this competency area (physical security, facility security, etc.).
* Develop strategies for prevention, monitoring, and control of worker behaviors, identifying risks to generate preventive and corrective action plans.
* Provide internal customer support for inquiries, risks, or accidents.
* Prepare technical management reports.
* Suggest and implement continuous improvement to processes under their responsibility, optimizing resources and enhancing departmental performance.
Requirements:
* Experience applying the CEAL Protocol.
* Hold a Professional Technical Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention and at least two years of experience in the position.
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.
