You will ensure network quality excellence by conducting advanced indicator analysis, defining policies, and implementing continuous improvements—anticipating risks, optimizing performance, and guaranteeing the best experience for our customers. What will you do? * Analyze network performance against established policies, identify discrepancies between policy requirements and current values. Perform correlations explaining performance variations and autonomously manage remediation of identified non-compliances. * Define and promote quality policies based on development and monitoring of action plans to be implemented across various departments. * Report non-compliances by preparing and generating reports with network and service performance analysis, aiming to disseminate insights on network and service behavior. * Continuously evaluate the reliability, accuracy, and completeness of statistical information regarding network and service performance. * Continuously identify information requirements and data correlation needs for network and service performance.
