Microsoft Automation Engineer At **PS Grupo Hunting**, we are looking for a **Microsoft Automation Engineer** to join an engineering team working on a **24-month** technological project under a specialized hourly-rate engagement model. The team will be responsible for the design, implementation, evolution, and support of automations built exclusively on native **Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform** technologies. We seek professionals with experience in process automation, digital solution design, and Microsoft tool integration—capable of identifying improvement opportunities and transforming manual processes into efficient, secure, and scalable workflows. Position Objective Design, develop, and implement process automations using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and optimize execution times across various business processes. Main Responsibilities * Analyze operational processes and identify automation opportunities. * Design, develop, and implement workflows using Power Automate. * Build business solutions and applications using Power Apps. * Implement automations and integrations with Azure Logic Apps. * Develop serverless processes and components using Azure Functions. * Integrate automations with Microsoft 365 services and applications. * Consume and implement APIs from the Microsoft ecosystem and external services. * Design approval, validation, notification, and document management workflows. * Automate processes related to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and other collaboration tools. * Monitor automation performance and resolve incidents. * Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on existing solutions. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization. * Prepare technical, functional, and user documentation for implemented solutions. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Experience in process analysis and automation. * Proficiency in Power Automate. * Experience designing and developing solutions with Power Apps. * Knowledge and experience using Azure Logic Apps. * Knowledge of Azure Functions. * Experience working with Microsoft 365 tools and services. * Proficiency in developing and consuming REST APIs. * Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API. * Ability to gather requirements and document technical and functional processes. Desirable Skills * Microsoft Dataverse. * Power BI. * Azure Service Bus. * Microsoft Teams. * SharePoint Online. * RPA using Power Automate Desktop. * Microsoft Entra ID. * Knowledge of authentication and authorization. * Certifications related to Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Azure.
