At Marienberg SpA, an industrial company with over 85 years of history and a modern culture, located in Maipú, we seek to incorporate an Industrial Civil Engineer into our team who is interested in digitalization, automation, and process improvement. We are looking for someone in the early stages of their professional career, highly motivated to create, propose, and implement solutions through applications, software, and digital tools that make our processes simpler, more efficient, and more agile. The primary focus will be on our production areas, working directly with operations, while also developing solutions that can impact the entire organization. What are we looking for? Interest in technology, automation, and continuous improvement. Ability to understand processes and identify more efficient ways of doing things. Proficiency in digital tools and data analysis.
