Generate periodic reports on key indicators and monitor the budget Minuto Verde, a leading company in mass consumption, active across the production, marketing, and distribution processes of frozen products, is seeking a **Management Control Engineer** to join our **Administration and Finance Department**, at our plant located in **Quilicura**. Objective: Maintain and optimize the company's expense control and relevant indicators, ensuring the availability of timely and reliable information to support management and decision-making, through financial data analysis, budgetary control, and periodic reporting. **Responsibilities:** * Generate periodic reports on the company's main expense indicators, providing relevant information for decision-making. * Prepare budgetary expense control reports and income statements. * Participate in the annual budgeting process and conduct subsequent follow-up. * Analyze expense results and identify variances and improvement opportunities. * Propose initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and cost control. * Monitor expenses and relevant indicators at the corporate level, contributing to the strategic and efficient use of resources. * Consolidate information and participate in coordinating monthly closings across various departments. * Support the implementation and improvement of procedures related to financial expense management and indicator control. * Generate information and analyses to facilitate review of performance across different business areas. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Management Control Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (not mandatory). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Proficiency in SQL and Python. * Intermediate Power BI skills (not mandatory). * Availability to work on-site in Quilicura.
