Development of AI Agents and Data Projects **Job Description** ---------------------- Role Mission: Optimize the Management Control process value chain through process analysis, automation, and implementation of data- and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based solutions, contributing to more efficient management for the Investment Management Division. Role Responsibilities: Map and document the Investment Management Division’s Management Control processes using flowcharts. Analyze various processes to identify bottlenecks, improvement opportunities, and operational efficiencies. Propose and implement automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies. Participate in end-to-end data-driven initiatives—from data ingestion and transformation to the creation of AI agents and automated solutions. Develop AI agents and support execution of prioritized projects from the team’s backlog. Collaborate on initiatives related to processes, automation, data analytics, and digital transformation. Generate documentation and best practices to facilitate adoption and scalability of implemented solutions. Requirements: Student pursuing a degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Management Control, Computer Science, or related fields. Valid student insurance. Availability to complete a professional internship for a minimum period of 3 months. Interest in data analytics, automation, Artificial Intelligence, and finance. Desirable knowledge of or interest in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python, or other related technologies.
