A collaborative environment with professional development opportunities. **Join the Moving Food team!** Position: Management Control Analyst Location: Quilicura, Metropolitan Region At Moving Food, a leading company in food import and distribution, we are seeking a Management Control Analyst to help us continue growing efficiently and sustainably. **What will you do?** * **KPI Monitoring:** Update, manage, and maintain daily management reports and key performance indicators across various company departments. * **Financial and Budgetary Analysis:** Support the preparation and analysis of reports on revenue, sales, costs, and profitability, contributing to budget control. * **Data Collection and Management:** Gather operational/financial data and manage departmental databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. * **Strategic Collaboration:** Work closely with various departments to deliver tailored information and reports meeting their decision-making needs. * **Process Optimization:** Analyze results and propose data-driven solutions to identify improvement opportunities and optimize operational efficiency. * **Report Preparation:** Present periodic reports with key conclusions and recommendations to senior management. **What are we looking for?** * 1. A professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Control Engineering, or related fields. * 2. At least 1 year of experience in similar roles related to management control, financial analysis, or planning. * 3. Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). * 4. Intermediate knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or others. * 5. Proven experience in business analysis and generation of strategic reports. * 6. Proactive and self-managed skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks. * 7. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. * 8.
