This role combines financial analysis, management control, and business advisory, offering a unique experience to develop a comprehensive business perspective. Responsibilities: 1\. Participate in initial project planning to ensure economic viability of new businesses and/or projects, thereby contributing to operational profitability 2\. Analyze and evaluate project performance and its key indicators (revenue, margin, inventory, and accounts receivable) 3\. Prepare and analyze reports on the behavior of financial variables and service-line indicators, aiming to understand the performance of businesses and/or projects 4\. Provide technical ERP system support to users for financial and administrative activities Requirements: \- University graduate in Commercial Engineering, Management Control Engineering, or related fields \- Advanced proficiency (mandatory) in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems knowledge \- Preferred experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot), along with Power BI knowledge \- Intermediate English proficiency \- Desired 2–3 years of experience in similar roles, conducting financial and commercial management analysis in service-based companies Join our team!
