Regarding gender equity, we aim to achieve 35% female representation by 2027 and ensure equal opportunities for all people, as we firmly believe in the value of diverse teams (this position falls under Law 21\.015, which promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities). **We invite you to join the best place to develop your talents!** **Job Purpose:** Execute, analyze, and monitor maintenance activities for the Wet Area, contributing to business results by implementing plans and programs defined by Management, aligned with the Maintenance Plants Superintendency’s guidelines, ensuring compliance with Divisional and Corporate policies, standards, and procedures related to safety, occupational health, environment, and diversity and inclusion. **Because here your talents will serve Chile!** **Job Responsibilities:** * Monitor execution of assigned processes to meet Superintendency goals, applying the Corporate Operational Excellence Management Model. * Monitor execution of maintenance and related processes to comply with defined plans and programs, through daily and weekly tracking of established indicators, in accordance with the Maintenance Management Model and Corporate Maintenance Policy. * Verify implementation of safety, occupational health, and sustainability standards in assigned processes to achieve targets and regulatory compliance set by the Corporation and the Division. * Evaluate performance of human resources assigned to processes, fostering a positive work environment and timely managing team mindsets and behaviors, applying Human Resources systems per Corporate and Divisional guidelines and regulations. * Evaluate and monitor overall performance of contractor services required for assigned processes, respecting and caring for people in line with Corporate and Divisional guidelines and standards. * Monitor financial resource and cost management for assigned processes to meet targets set by Management and the Superintendency. * Implement innovation and continuous improvement projects in assigned processes to sustain controls in safety, occupational health, and operational continuity, managing costs and meeting targets and standards defined by the Superintendency. * Apply field leadership and role-modeling through the leadership pillars defined by the Corporation. **Application Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Civil Engineering and/or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial plant maintenance, planning, scheduling, and/or maintenance controls. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Medical fitness compatible with the job requirements. **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience in maintenance of stripping machines, hydraulic and lubrication systems, bearings, power transmission systems, water pumping systems, acidic solutions and/or sulfuric acid, general piping and fittings, stacker-reclaimers, and metal-mechanical component maintenance (pumps, gearboxes, motors). * SAP PM user-level experience. * Experience in contract management. * Experience in personnel management. **Offered Conditions:** * Contract Type: Indefinite-term. * Contractual Position: Maintenance Engineer. * Work Location: Chuquicamata Division. * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday. * Number of Vacancies: 01\. **Application Deadline: Thursday, July 02, 2026** Application Closing Time: 23:59 hrs.
