This role involves addressing concerns raised by union leaders, consolidating and validating union dues, coordinating the implementation of collective agreements, and reviewing compensation-related items in ERP systems. Additionally, the analyst participates in union meetings, prepares minutes and proposals, and contributes to developing procedures that strengthen labor relations management. The position requires effective communication with unions, regulatory authorities, and internal company departments, fostering a collaborative, gender-equitable, and continuously improving work environment.
