At Falabella Tecnología today, we are looking for a Senior IT Specialist to join the team responsible for point-of-sale (POS) platforms and associated services supporting store operations across multiple countries in the region. Responsibilities * Manage operational continuity of POS platforms and associated systems. * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive improvements; develop automations to reduce recurring incidents. * Participate in technology modernization initiatives and cloud service adoption. * Analyze processes related to payment methods, reconciliations, and retail transactions. * Execute continuous monitoring and improvement of critical business platforms. * Participate in on-call shifts to address high-criticality incidents. * Actively contribute to the stability and evolution of services used across various Latin American countries. Requirements * Experience administering or supporting mission-critical business applications. * Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems, especially command-line administration and troubleshooting. * Proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and diagnosing data. * Availability to participate in on-call support shifts. * Experience working in medium- or large-scale organizations with multiple technological integrations. * Availability to work in a hybrid format with two days per week onsite (Tuesdays and Thursdays) in Santiago Centro and Las Condes respectively. (During on-call weeks, work remains 100% remote.) * Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) platforms. * Knowledge of retail, payment methods, or financial services. * Experience in software development or process automation. * Knowledge of Cloud Computing (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
