What will be your challenge? You will be responsible for leading the execution of strategic technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, quality, and defined objectives. You will work closely with business units, IT teams, vendors, and key users to advance transformation initiatives and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities ✔ Lead technology projects from inception to completion. ✔ Elicit and manage business requirements. ✔ Develop and maintain work plans, schedules, and milestone tracking. ✔ Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. ✔ Manage project risks, changes, and dependencies. ✔ Coordinate functional testing and QA processes. ✔ Prepare functional, technical, and executive documentation. ✔ Maintain performance indicators and progress reports for management. We are looking for professionals with: ✅ A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering with an Informatics focus, or a related field. ✅ 3–5 years of experience leading technology projects. ✅ Experience in requirements management, team coordination, and vendor management. ✅ Knowledge of PMI, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies. ✅ Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar. ✅ Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). ✅ PMP, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certification is desirable.
