Position Summary:
We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to supervise, maintain, and optimize inventory levels at distribution centers (DCs) and plants, managing replenishments, tracking, and process improvements.

AVOS Tech, a company with over 30 years of experience in the Latin American market for operational and technological services, is currently seeking an **Inventory Analyst**.
**Requirements**
* Professional or technical degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management and control, preferably in Distribution Centers and/or Plants.
* Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience, preferably SAP.
* Experience in procurement, stock replenishment, purchase order (PO)/production voucher (PV) tracking, backorders, and management of stockouts and overstock.
* Knowledge of inventory KPIs and service level metrics such as OTIF, On-time, and In-full.
**Responsibilities:**
1\.\- Supervise and maintain accurate inventory levels by performing periodic physical counts and reconciling any discrepancies (DC and plant).
2\.\- Create intercompany POs and PVs, coordinating with Procurement (Product Manager) and Plant to ensure timely stock replenishment and avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
3\.\- Track backorders, daily PVs, and service levels (On-time and In-full).
4\.\- Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures, including stock rotation, first-in-first-out (FIFO) principles, and appropriate storage practices (DC and plant).
5\.\- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures at DC and plant.
6\.\- Work closely with the DC Warehouse Manager and Plant Manager to oversee receipt, storage, and consumption of finished goods and raw materials.
7\.\- Monitor and track obsolete or slow-moving inventory.
8\.\- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, inventory movements, and inventory valuation for management review.
9\.\- Create new products, updates, etc.
10\.\- Propose improvements to inventory management processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize inventory availability.
**Position Details:**
* Schedule: Monday–Tuesday 07:30–17:00; Wednesday–Friday 08:30–17:00.
* Location: Colina area.
* Modality: On-site.
* Contract: Fixed-term contract.
