Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and controlling inventories, proposing improvements, and ensuring stock accuracy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and control inventories, ensuring accuracy and proposing improvements. 2. Propose methods and develop improvements for inventory management. 3. Maintain up-to-date internal and external company stocks/inventories. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage and control inventories, ensuring their accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and proposing continuous improvements. Propose methods for inventory handling, scheduling daily, periodic, or annual inventories. Propose and develop improvements to analysis and management procedures for inventory handling, aiming to reduce inventory variances, shrinkage, or other gaps. Maintain up-to-date stocks/inventories owned by the company, as well as those held under loan agreements, leases, or other external processes. Control and ensure compliance with defined procedures for handling goods and inventories, identifying irregularities and managing corrective actions. Provide in-depth analysis and reporting to internal clients. Early detection of stock inconsistencies and initiation of analytical and corrective actions.
