Plan and coordinate scheduling of installation, maintenance, and technical service work at assigned aquaculture centers. Lead, assign, and supervise tasks for field assistants, ensuring productivity and quality in execution. Validate compliance with technical procedures and quality standards during installation and maintenance of aeration and oxygenation systems. Supervise adherence to safety, HSE, and applicable sanitary regulations (Sernapesca) at each aquaculture center. Act as the technical counterpart to the client on-site, managing requests, incidents, and operational coordination. Diagnose and resolve complex technical failures, escalating to engineering or technical support when required. Monitor usage of materials, spare parts, and equipment, managing necessary supply for operations. Prepare progress reports, technical reports, and field activity logs. Train and coach field assistants on technical and safety procedures. ### **Job Requirements** Education: Technical or higher-level qualification in industrial mechanics, electricity, automation, or related fields. Supervision or team leadership training is desirable. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in fieldwork and as a supervisor or team leader, with at least 1–2 years leading technical teams—ideally in aquaculture or industrial sectors.
