Job Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Engineer for a hospital maintenance contract, responsible for technical inspection of HVAC systems and supporting maintenance planning. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an **HVAC Engineer** to join a major hospital maintenance contract, who will be responsible for conducting technical surveys and inspections of HVAC systems during the initial project phase, assessing asset condition, and supporting the development of the Annual Maintenance Program. Subsequently, they will have opportunities for professional growth into leadership roles within the contract’s operations. **About the Challenge** ---------------------- * Conduct technical inspections of HVAC and mechanical ventilation systems in critical areas. * Document baseline conditions of equipment such as chillers, AHUs, fan coils, differential pressure systems, and air filtration systems. * Perform technical evaluations of equipment operating conditions and identify gaps relative to project requirements and technical specifications. * Analyze the conservation status, functionality, and remaining service life of HVAC systems. * Support the development of the Annual Maintenance Program and asset conservation strategies. * Collaborate on technical equipment inventory documentation using BIM platforms and the Information and Communication System (ICS). * Prepare technical reports with findings, recommendations, and improvement opportunities. * Coordinate with various technical departments to ensure accurate information collection during the planning phase. * Contribute to meeting quality, safety, and operational continuity standards for the contract. **What We’d Love to See in You** ------------------------------ * Professional degree in **HVAC Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering**, or a related field. * At least **3 years of experience** with HVAC systems. * Experience in technical inspection, operation, or maintenance of chillers, AHUs, ventilation systems, and differential pressure systems. * Knowledge of HVAC systems for critical infrastructure. * Preferred experience in hospitals, clinics, or high-complexity buildings. * Proficiency in reading technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation. * Preferred experience using BIM platforms, CMMS, or maintenance management systems. **We Are Looking For** ------------ Analytical, proactive professionals focused on continuous improvement, capable of evaluating critical infrastructure, identifying optimization opportunities, and collaborating effectively on technically demanding projects. **What We Offer** ----------------------- * Confidential recruitment process. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Involvement in a high-complexity, nationally impactful hospital infrastructure project. * On-site work modality. * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the contract. * Compensation commensurate with experience. * Offer under the framework of **Law No. 21.015 on Labor Inclusion**. **We invite you to apply!**
