Experience in HR and accreditation (SUCAL, WEBCONTROL, SIGA). **Job Description** ---------------------- Execute recruitment, accreditation, and labor certification processes for permanent and temporary personnel, focused on plant shutdowns 1\. Post job vacancies on employment portals, social media, and other recruitment sources. 2\. Conduct active candidate sourcing through databases, networking, digital platforms, and job fairs. 3\. Perform curriculum filtering according to requested profiles. 4\. Manage candidate call-outs and coordinate interviews. 5\. Maintain continuous communication with applicants throughout the entire process. 6\. Manage and coordinate occupational health examinations, inductions, trainings, and certifications required for personnel deployment at site. 7\. Coordinate jointly with the training department the implementation program for mandatory courses required by clients or current regulations. 8\. Operate personnel accreditation and certification platforms (e.g., field accreditation systems, SIGA, SUCAL, WEBCONTROL) **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Professional degree in Human Resources Management Engineering or Technology, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in HR * Experience in accreditation (SUCAL, WEBCONTROL, and SIGA) * Experience managing large staffing levels * Preferred experience in mining, refineries, or large-scale industrial sectors This position is suitable for persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
