At **AEROSAN**, we are looking to hire a **Key User / Functional Analyst** with strong **orientation towards the financial field**, to join our team in **Pudahuel.** The role involves gathering business needs, documenting technical requirements, coordinating the implementation and rollout of the company's digitalization initiatives, identifying key automation opportunities, and establishing the most suitable systems for Aerosan's needs, thereby contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop specifications and requirements related to the company's business processes, both for application enhancements and new initiatives. * Validate and verify that application updates and new initiatives meet the scope defined in the requirements, fulfilling business needs and maximizing return on investment. * Coordinate user testing, inquiries, application delivery, and **end-user training**. * **Basic knowledge of SAP; familiarity with SAP Business One is ideal.** * **Desirable experience or affinity with financial processes (billing, budget control, reconciliations, reporting).** ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Financial Management, or related fields. * Skills: Project, Microsoft Office, Asana or similar tools for functional analysis, and knowledge of billing processes. * Professional experience in **similar roles for 2 years.** * Knowledge of **SAP** (Business One) At AEROSAN, we support and promote Law 21\.015 on Labor Inclusion; therefore, all our job opportunities are open to people with disabilities.
