As a **Cost and Manufacturing Analyst (FP\&A)**, you will be responsible for analyzing, controlling, and explaining the plant’s manufacturing and production cost variances, transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability. You will monitor the plant’s financial and operational performance, identifying deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities related to costs, productivity, and efficiency. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and resource optimization to achieve the plant’s financial and operational goals. **What You’ll Do** * Analyze the plant’s financial and operational performance, monitoring manufacturing, productivity, efficiency, and production cost variances to identify deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities * Generate and ensure reliable financial and operational information for closing, forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes, providing analysis to support business decision-making * Develop and maintain analytical models, management KPIs, and reporting tools to improve visibility into operational results and key organizational cost drivers * Serve as a business partner to Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, driving continuous improvement, automation, and resource optimization initiatives that contribute to achieving the plant’s financial and operational objectives **Required Qualifications** * **Education:** Commercial Engineering, Management Control Engineering, Civil or Industrial Engineering, Certified Public Accountant, or related field. * **Specific Knowledge:** SAP CO/FI/MM, Advanced Excel, Power BI, costing and financial analysis (mandatory).
