Ensure operational continuity and comply with safety procedures **PRODUCTOS DEL MAR VENTISQUEROS S.A.**August 04, 2026 ### **Operations** #### **Key Points** Puerto Montt Shifts To be agreed upon Fixed-term contract Vacancies: 1 #### **Job Offer Details** ### **Job Functions** Ventisqueros is seeking a **Flow Ice Operator** for our plant located in **Puerto Montt**. ### **Job Purpose** Operate, monitor, and control the **Flow Ice (liquid ice)** production and distribution system, ensuring timely supply to processing lines, equipment operational continuity, and compliance with the company's established quality, food safety, and safety standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Operate the Flow Ice production and distribution system. * Monitor operational parameters of the system (flow rates, levels, Flow Ice concentration, energy consumption, and chlorination). * Inspect the operation of pumps, valves, sensors, and associated instruments. * Perform basic preventive maintenance and support corrective maintenance on the system and chlorination equipment. * Record operational controls and promptly report deviations or anomalies. * Coordinate with Production and Maintenance departments to ensure operational continuity. * Comply with Safety, Food Safety, Environmental, and Energy Isolation (LOTO) procedures. * Participate in continuous process improvement. ### **Job Requirements** \- Secondary-level Technician or Professional Technician in Refrigeration, Electricity, Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Industrial Automation, or related field. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. \- Experience in industrial refrigeration systems or Flow Ice is desirable. \- Knowledge of pump, valve, and instrumentation operation. \- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and LOTO procedures is desirable. \- Basic computer skills. ### **Benefits** Meals Shuttle Bus
