Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Specialist to conduct technical surveys and assess infrastructure, identifying gaps for planning a hospital maintenance service. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an **Electromechanical Specialist** to join a major hospital maintenance contract, responsible for conducting technical surveys of the current state of electromechanical infrastructure and equipment, identifying gaps, evaluating asset conditions, and generating key information for planning and launching the service. **About the Challenge:** ----------------------- * Conduct technical inspections of infrastructure, electromechanical equipment, and industrial systems. * Document the baseline condition of assets, identifying failures, wear, deviations, and improvement opportunities. * Technically and economically evaluate gaps detected in infrastructure and equipment. * Prepare technical reports containing asset condition diagnostics and intervention recommendations. * Support the development of the Work Plan and the Annual Service Provision Program (PAPS). * Coordinate the collection of technical and documentary information with various involved departments. * Review drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to validate facility conditions. * Collaborate in identifying and assessing risks associated with inspected infrastructure. * Maintain documentary traceability of conducted inspections and report progress to the engineering team. **What We Would Love to See in You:** ------------------------------ * Degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Construction, or a related field**. * At least **3 years of experience** in technical inspection, industrial maintenance, or infrastructure assessment. * Experience in asset surveying and inspection of electromechanical equipment. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation. * Experience in technical gap assessment and diagnostic report preparation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools. * Desirable experience in hospital infrastructure, industrial infrastructure, or large-scale projects. **We Are Looking For** ------------ Analytical, methodical, and detail-oriented professionals capable of evaluating critical infrastructure, producing technical diagnostics, and providing key information for maintenance planning and continuous asset improvement. **What We Offer:** ----------------------- * Confidential recruitment process. * Direct contract with the company. * Participation in a high-complexity project with national impact. * On-site work modality. * Professional development opportunities. * Compensation commensurate with experience. * Offer under the framework of **Law 21.015 on Labor Inclusion**. * **️ Are you interested in joining a strategic project in maintenance and critical infrastructure?** **We invite you to apply!**
