The purpose of this position is to collect, consolidate, analyze, and transform operational information into management indicators that support decision-making, thereby contributing to productive efficiency, continuous improvement, and process traceability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collect and validate information from various plant departments. * Consolidate databases and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Analyze productivity, performance, efficiency, yield loss, and downtime indicators. * Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools. * Monitor operational deviations and propose improvement opportunities. * Support the generation of performance indicators for Plant Management. * Ensure data quality and integrity. * Participate in process automation and digitalization projects. * Support traceability management and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Prepare production closure reports and results analysis. ### **Job Requirements** Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Information and Management Control Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aquaculture Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum one year of experience in data analysis, management control, or production processes is desirable. Experience in the salmon or food industry is also desirable. Advanced Excel proficiency. Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and Python is desirable. Knowledge of management indicators (KPIs). Experience with ERP systems and traceability systems is desirable.
