Job Summary: We are seeking a Critical Equipment Supervisor to coordinate and manage preventive maintenance of production equipment at Agua Mar, ensuring continuous and efficient operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the preventive maintenance plan for critical production equipment. 2. Ensure continuous and efficient operation of processes. 3. Promote the safety of personnel and company property. At Mowi Chile, we are looking for a Critical Equipment Supervisor to join our Agua Mar Management team. WHAT DO WE EXPECT? To coordinate and manage the preventive maintenance plan for Agua Mar’s critical production equipment (oxygenation/aeration and feed monitoring systems), ensuring continuous and efficient process operation while safeguarding personnel and company property. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We seek professionals with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with knowledge in electricity, electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, and automation, as well as experience in maintenance planning and logistics. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles is valued, along with basic English proficiency and intermediate computer skills. Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, effective communication, leadership, and planning and organizational capabilities are required. REQUIREMENTS: Position based in Region X. Availability to work on-site across Regions X and XI is required, supervising maintenance execution and coordinating with external providers to ensure availability of critical equipment.
