Opportunities for professional and personal growth * Full-time position * Other Professional * Valparaíso Region * Valparaíso At Ultramar Agencia Marítima, a company specializing in foreign trade and recognized among the best workplaces in Chile (according to the Great Place To Work 2025 ranking), we are seeking a **Cargo Control** professional for **Ulog Soluciones Logísticas**, based in **Valparaíso.** **Job Mission:** Monitor and control land transportation operations, managing real-time deviations, ensuring accuracy, traceability, efficiency, and implementing consequence controls or corresponding measures for carriers. Ensure inventory system review and reconciliation across ULOG’s various warehouses (WMS). **Main Responsibilities:** * Enter, update, and maintain information in WMS and TMS systems, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transportation and inventory operations. * Monitor land transportation operations, identifying and managing deviations, and applying established measures and controls for carriers. * Control and reconcile inventories across ULOG’s various warehouses, verifying consistency between system records and physical stock. * Administer and keep carrier documentation up to date, ensuring compliance with operational requirements. * Participate in planning and coordination meetings with team members and suppliers, promoting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at operational excellence. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of transportation and cargo handling. * Experience in customer service. * Basic knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office. * Degree in Administration, International Trade, Transportation, Logistics, or related field. * English language proficiency. * Minimum of 2 years in similar positions. **Reporting Line:** * This position reports directly to the Ulog Valparaíso Operations Supervisor. **We Offer:** * Monthly meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Half-day off on your birthday * Training to advance and strengthen your professional skills * Opportunities for professional and personal growth within the holding company * Monthly snack allowance Are you interested?
