Position Summary: Wood seeks Contract Administrators for a Mining and Minerals project, responsible for the formation and management of EPC contracts. Key Highlights: 1. If you require any reasonable accommodation, please let us know in your application. * Develop procurement strategies, including the list of Proposers, and ensure their approval per procedure. * Lead tendering processes on e-commerce platforms defined by the Project. * Implement actions outlined in the Claims and Disputes Prevention and Management Strategy, leading the Project’s multidisciplinary teams involved in managing each Contract. * Review and apply commercial agreements under responsibility and administration to prevent loss of value achieved during their formation and award. * Train multidisciplinary teams on contractual and commercial matters, and maintain continuous communication with other disciplines to ensure their involvement in Contract management. * Stay informed about current and future market conditions and their potential impact on the negotiation and execution of assigned Contracts. * Lead and coordinate review processes for Payment Status Reports, Change Requests, Partial Closures, etc. * Plan and execute the closure process for each contract according to project standards. Lead contractor performance evaluations. * Use all corporate systems—Wood’s and/or the Client’s—for carrying out assigned activities. * Ensure strict compliance with safety standards established by the Company and the Client. * Ensure Contractors’ and Subcontractors’ compliance with statutory and labor obligations. * Comply with Wood’s Supply Chain Code of Business Conduct and other applicable codes from Wood and the Client. * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or Law. * Minimum 8 years of professional experience in procurement processes (formation, administration, disputes, and closure) for Projects. * Experience in formation, administration, and closure of Construction Services contracts. * Proven experience in Large-Scale Mining, participating not only in core Supply Chain functions but also in the management of Major Investment Projects, including participation in and/or coordination of activities and processes with other disciplines such as HSEEA, Project Control, Scheduling, Engineering, Construction, Permits, etc. * Availability to work onsite under shift systems: 5x2 at central office, or 4x3 or 8x6 during the project construction phase.
