Support Compensation management, ensuring accurate handling, review, and follow-up of information and requests.
At Echeverría Izquierdo, we seek to hire a Compensation Administrative Assistant to support the department’s administrative processes—managing information, requests, and procedures related to employees and external entities.
We are looking for an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with a service orientation, initiative to ask questions, and the ability to follow up on tasks. We especially value openness to learning, progressively assuming greater autonomy, and developing within the organization.
What will you do?
You will support the administrative and operational processes of the Compensation department.
You will collect, review, and record information associated with departmental processes.
You will respond to requests related to employees and Human Resources matters.
You will manage procedures and requests before pension entities and external agencies.
You will handle tasks related to AFC (Voluntary Pension Savings), one of the main responsibilities of this role.
You will support the administrative management of medical leaves.
You will conduct procedures and inquiries with the Labor Directorate.
You will follow up on requests that cannot be resolved directly through available platforms.
You will coordinate and manage special situations requiring contact with external institutions.
You will support administrative processes related to dependents, vacations, and other personnel administration matters.
You will review documentation and identify possible inconsistencies in information.
You will track requirements until resolution.
You will prepare reports and summaries.
You will develop basic instructions and supporting materials when necessary.

**Candidate Requirements**

* Technical or university degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Compensation, or Personnel Administration.
* Experience or knowledge of compensation processes.
* Practical experience in AFC is highly valued.
* Knowledge or experience with medical leaves and the Labor Directorate.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
* Ability to handle information in an organized and rigorous manner.
* Availability to work in a hybrid mode.
