**Confial Consultores**07 de enero de 2026 ### **Uncategorized** #### **Key Points** Puerto Montt Full\-time To be agreed Indefinite Vacancies: 1 #### **Job Details** ### **Job Functions** AKVA group Land Based, global leader in the design and development of Automated Systems for Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS), requires incorporating into its Projects team: **Commissioning Engineer** **(Startup Engineer)** **Base Location: Puerto Montt** **Job Mission:** Participate in the startup of RAS systems, primarily for customers in Chile and also for other international projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Field commissioning and handover of AKVA projects. * Preparation of commissioning checklists and reports, procedures, and training materials related to the project. * Field testing of servers, clients, and networks, in collaboration with SCADA programmers. * Verification that mechanical installation complies with P\&ID drawings. * Conducting I/O testing of electrical components. * Customer handover and training during commissioning. * Customer training related to commissioning. * Technical support to the Project Manager, including quality control of project-specific functional descriptions. * Remote customer support, including support calls and emails. * Maintenance and retention of documentation and records according to company standards. * Continuous improvement of existing commissioning tools and materials. * Adherence to project execution timelines. * Quality assurance for project team deliverables. ### **Job Requirements** Requirements: Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation or related degree. Experience in troubleshooting electrical components and modifications to electrical panels. Advanced English language proficiency, both oral and written, is mandatory. Desirable experience in PLC and SCADA programming. Technological Applications: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Navisworks, E\-plan. Knowledge of quality standards and regulations for electrical panels and installations. Experience in project organizations. At least two years of experience in similar roles.
