Primary objective is to ensure proper cold chain preservation, stock rotation, and timely dispatch of refrigerated and frozen products to customers. Administer, plan, and supervise resources allocated to cold storage operations, guaranteeing compliance with dispatch schedules, strict inventory and shrinkage control, and adherence to the company’s and regulatory authorities’ highest food safety and quality (SIG) standards. Main Responsibilities 1\. Operational Management and Cold Chain Control * Coordinate and supervise cold storage chambers according to daily and weekly schedules. * Ensure cold chain continuity to maintain product freshness and shelf life. * Monitor stock levels, storage conditions, and finished-product rotation using FEFO/FIFO methodology. 2\. Personnel Administration and Safety * Lead and supervise teams assigned to the cold storage area (shifts, staffing, and hiring). * Promote internal safety by ensuring correct use of specialized PPE for low temperatures and compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations. * Foster a positive work environment and develop competent teams aligned with organizational culture. 3\. Logistics, Dispatch, and Customer Service * Guarantee timely delivery of the exact products requested by the sales department and customers. * Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area, such as *Fill Rate*, service level (SL), shrinkage, and inventory accuracy. * Collaborate with external transport providers and the distribution department to ensure logistics flow meets business objectives. Profile Requirements * Education: Bachelor's or technical degree in Engineering or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2–3 years leading teams or projects in automated warehouses, distribution centers, or food processing plants with refrigeration systems. * Mandatory Technical Knowledge: * + Advanced SAP system proficiency (Inventory and Logistics modules). + Intermediate\-advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting). + Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP) and integrated management systems. Required Soft Skills * Leadership and team management in high-pressure environments. * Adaptability and rapid resolution of operational issues. * Focus on efficiency and continuous improvement of logistics processes.
