A reputable company is currently seeking an HR Management Control Analyst to join its team. Position Objective: The professional will be responsible for designing, monitoring, and controlling the People Management Department’s budget, as well as preparing reports, conducting cost analyses, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and performing data modeling to support the organization’s strategic decision-making. Main Responsibilities: Prepare, control, and monitor the annual compensation budget, staffing cost budget, and HR department expenses. Design, implement, and maintain management dashboards and KPIs for the HR area (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, operational costs, staffing levels, etc.). Analyze monthly budget variances and produce personnel cost forecasts (forecasting). Consolidate and automate databases to generate executive reports for department heads or management. Evaluate and propose improvements to the operational efficiency of internal Human Resources processes. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Management Control, Cost Analysis, or Budgetary Control functions (ideally related to People/HR departments). Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, results orientation, and communication skills to interact effectively across various departments.
